Before, I start my review during 2014 in the Second season there were lots of interest on making this into an animation. Many cheered on it, but some people scold on the fact that this becomes the anime.

Then I looked through the wikipedia and read some settings about this series and plots

「 The series is set in a world with an alternate history, where magic exists and has been polished through modern technology. First I thought it seems ok. Even though is not great, at least it will kill my time for my boring life.

If I make a point how dumb it is, Magic can be uses as weapons and the school it self was built to produce magicians.
Magicians are used to prevent nuclear warfare or terrors from terrorist. But the funny thing is, there is only 10 Discipline Committee in this school.

In the setting it says "There is only few magicians that have high profits, there is not enough magic to use for money profit. So non-magicians and most of the magicians have similar profit." HOWEVER , once again. This world sees Magic very highly. Society seek magic as primary , and talents can decide your class. The ten clans even take over Japan.

Simply means, Eventhough how hard you work or study on non-magician categories , you are just shit. No matter you are from prestigious school like stand ford or Cambridge YOU ARE JUST SHIT. NO PROMOTION.

THIS IS Dystopia. But nobody realize in this anime.
