Oh yes I'm working my way towards more complex animations rather than dead simple 5 second things. I have to learn some more about video encoding as well because mine end up as these huge files for how short they are. But yes sometimes I do put a 5 second thing in the video twice so it will loop nicer, also put it on gfycat. Just wanna try out d.tube really :D
Hi, kind of yeah. There is a wave texture on the thickness of the "thin film" that gives it that colour through simulated interference (kind of like that pearlescent car paint some cars have) and also makes the displacement on the sphere (the strange wavy deformations).

Do the colors have a meaning ? Do they tell the displacement of the wave from an equilibrium state ?
