LESSONS FROM A SMALL FAMILY OF DUCKS.

Today I will pick up a picture of a family of ducks.

Surely a friend of stemit wonders why I raised this photo?
The answer, because I think from this photo we can take many lessons. Where in this photo depicts a bunch of small family ducks looking for food. Also seen in this photo is the very close compactness of the duck family in search of food. And so great is the spirit of leadership and compassion from the mother in watching over her children.
Similarly we in our families, groups, communities and organizations must be smart in positioning and positioning. If our attitude is good then it will harmonize the group and if otherwise it breaks the group. Likewise with a position if we are trusted as a leader, we must be able to organize, coordinate, give and receive advice with affection and assertiveness to increase the cohesiveness of the group.
