People eat cats and dogs in these countries WTF
so i think today wtf peopleo eat dogs
The last thing I can think of when thinking about dogs and cats is to turn them into my lunch, since in our culture they happily consider them as pets (or great friends) and are not part of the diet, unlike animals like cows , Chickens or lambs. Did you know that your pet is considered a delicious dish in other parts of the world?
Now searching the internet I meet these countries where the population is able to eat my precious pets
Vietnam
Dog meat is considered a delight in Vietnam and there are all kinds of recipes that use it, from dog roast to canine soup. Many Western preparations have been adapted in the Asian country to cook with dog meat which, unlike what happens in other parts of the world, is not considered inferior or for poor classes.
Switzerland
You probably did not imagine that in Switzerland they eat dogs, but yes, the nation of clocks, chocolates and order, is also a place where you eat those you would call pets. The most appealing thing is the meat of the Rottweiler dogs. Consumption of canine meat is common in the Alpine regions and government regulation indicates that these animals must be killed in a human form, without causing them unnecessary suffering.
Hawaii, United States
Not everything is surfing and volcanoes in Hawaii, since the residents have a peculiar gastronomic custom: to eat cats. Although it has been tried to prohibit the consumption of cat meat, the local customs have been stronger and the small felines still are considered a food instead of animais.CARNE
South Korea
In this Asian nation, eating dog is considered a way of healthy eating, especially in summer days, as it ensures that it helps to avoid the unpleasant effects of heat. The dog meat industry is very strong in South Korea, despite the efforts of humanitarian groups, as they not only eat dogs, they are cruelly and painfully slaughtered.
If there is a place where dog meat is common food is China, so much that are celebrated festivals in which fried dog is consumed and in one of the most despicable acts that can be imagined, the animals are cooked alive. In many restaurants you can find dishes based on dog meat on the menus, but the government tries to ensure that the dog meat is not present in tourist places. Moreover, during the Olympic Games in Beijing, the government did not prohibit serving dog meat. CAT
Tahiti
The Polynesian islands seem like a paradise, but not for dogs and cats, since before the arrival of the conquerors were considered as a source of food. Currently, consumption of cat and dog meat is no longer as common in Tahiti and other nearby islands, but for some groups it is still considered a traditional food.
Alaska and Canada
In the coldest areas of Canada, Alaska (United States) and Siberia (Russia), dogs are used to pull sleds, so we might think that use is rather functional on the part of humans. While eating dogs is not a tradition, if it is done in very cold times or when food is scarce, being a custom that comes from Eskimo peoples.
In these 7 countries or territories, eating those you consider your four-legged friends is not frowned upon, but with time and progress of Western customs to different areas of the world, cats and dogs can become pets More valued for their love than for their taste.
I will not be visiting these countries soon
I find it very crazy that someone wants to eat my precious princess my 2 year old dog
