We wanted to do something fun with the kids over the last weekend, so we decided the Madison zoo seemed like a great idea. It would be all encompassing, animals , treats, stuffed animals for the ride home, oh and all the walking to tire them out.

It ended up being a bit hot, at about 92°F with a 70°F+ dew point. Yikes! Well we did it anyway with the help of a lot of good ol' H2O. Here is a quick look into some of the animals we got to see at the Henery Vilas zoo in Madison, WI. The zoo is absolutely free of admission and a great place to take the kids.
