Language creates your reality. Given example: My family's dog.
This is Mocha.
He is in the running for most excited, happiest living organism on planet Earth.
Mocha is sick. He has a sneezing problem. Whenever he gets excited (which is frequent), he sneezes and globs of dog boogers fling everywhere. I'm talking a few tablespoons of thick, warm boogers clinging to everything in a 3 foot radius... It is strangely incredible. We have taken him to the vet and tried different medicines and food but nothing seems to help.
A few years into Mocha's life my older brother pointed out that the Spanish word el moco means boogers. My family got a good laugh out of the fact that Mocha's name became his reality.
While this may or may not be a cute, whimsical coincidence, I believe that situations are what you speak them to be.
Side note- Very excited that Mocha possibly understands Spanish.
awwwwww!!!! he's so freakin adorable Maci.
