This is a rooster. I think you already know. You know what? in addition to be consumed, it turns chicken also has an important role in our lives, especially Muslims.
At the time before dawn prayer for example, the sound of cocks crowing sometimes managed to wake us up to perform the worship. The people of Aceh, especially in Kabupaten Bireuen called it "Ku'uk Manok".
Researchers from Nagoya University named Takashi Yoshimura as reported by Tribunnews.com mentions, the sound of rooster crowing is a symbol or a sign that the dawn has arrived.
"But this study has not been clear enough to prove that a real rooster is crowed because it has a time sensitivity in its body or just a response to stimulate its external stimuli," Takashi Yoshimura said.
Takashi said, rooster crowed because there is a pruning like a car headlights. To prove it, Yoshimura and colleagues conducted the study.
The research was conducted by placing 40 roosters in a constant-light setting, then recorded when they crowed.
"Sure enough, in fact the rooster crows not only at dawn," he said.
