Opal on her Groom Deegan

Not many people know this about me, but I'm a married dog! The other dog that I am greeting enthusiastically is Deegan. I love that man, and Deegan licks my ears. So I think we are meant to be.
But it's a little twisted. I don't get to see my hubby often, and I cannot guess why. Are we hitched together for tax benefits? I am puzzled. Or are we just puppets in a play purely for human amusement? No... that can't be.
The other reason I am puzzled is that I don't seem to care very much. I must have short term memory. It's great when we're together. I chase Deegan around and he growls at me and sometimes licks my ears. Good times. But most of the time I'm perfectly content. I am an independent woman, and I enjoy my personal time.
The Invitation
The video was used as a teaser and an invitation for our wedding, which was to take place in Central Park. I'll say more about that event in the next post, but it was a great day, with many happy memories! For now, I can give you a preview of what I am to wear.
Oh there I am, so shy. And my dress is very beautiful. I remember... it was about 7 months ago, which is like 4 doggy years ago. Has it really been that long? Wow. I tell you, marriage for dogs is tough. Especially non-existent ones.
The videos give me such happy memories. You can tell I wear the pants in the family. Oh, and the music is hilarious, you have to love the buildup in the song to the last moments of the video.
My dad scolds me (usually) whenever I hump stuff, but my mom is usually amused and takes videos of it. So I don't know what to think sometimes. Is it bad for me to do? Anyway, stay tuned when I cover my great wedding day! Until next time!
