Chicken bekisar is a type of chicken that comes from Kangean Island, Sumenep regency, this chicken is the pride of people who come from East Java. Chicken bekisar is the result of cross-breeding between chickens with green forest chickens.
Characteristic found in this type of chicken is a form of neck hair that has a rounded / oval. When compared with ordinary rooster it will be seen clearly. Based on the color of the fur of chicken bekisar is divided into three types, namely:
1.Ayam white bekisar
2.Ayam black range
