Bird Photography - great white heron flying

Great White Herons are some beautiful big birds that live here in Austria mostly on Rivers and near lakes where they find enough food like fish and frogs. It always looks pretty impressive when they fly. On a trip to Salzburg in the Salzach riparian area i was able to find this beautiful bird flying just right above me. The next luck was that the sun had the right position so you can see a lot of structure in the feathers of the bird. At this ripairan Area near Salzburg we where able to take some pictures of wild boars, a robin and a kingfisher, but the picture of the kingfisher was pretty blurred because i saw it way too late.
