This is Tardigrade, the toughest animal on earth.
The following are the great qualities of tardigrades.

1. Tardigrades can even survive in outer space.

2. They can survive without food and water for more than 30 yrs.

3. They can survive even from global mass extinction events.

4. They can survive extreme cold and hot temperatures ranging from -272°c to 150°c.
   

The size of a full grown tardigrade is just 0.5 mm, so we can say that size doesn't matter!!!
