The 5 Most Rare Birds in the World

hello steemian friend all of mine today want to meposting about 5 species of birds that are very rare and almost extinct, if this bird extinct our children and grandchildren will never be able to see this bird again, so we must be so as not to lost the population of these 5 species of birds

1. Resplendent Quetzal

This bird is found in Mexico and the western region of Panama. this bird is only a dozen inches long and added 25 inches for the tail on the male bird. They weigh about seven ounces. They have a round head and a wide range of colors.

2. Helmeted Hornbill

This bird is found in Peninsular Malaya, Borneo, and Sumatra region. The bird's feathers are mostly black. some of these bird feathers are white and located in the belly and tail of the bird. generally have heads that are wrinkled and neck red in men and blue in women. Most of their weight in the head.

3. Hoopoe

This bird can be found in Afro-Eurasia. This bird is light, weighs 1.6-3.1 ounces., The width of the wings is wide and round, similar to butterfly wings

4. Hoatzin

Found primarily throughout the swamps of the Amazon rainforest and the Orinoco Delta of South America, this furry bird is a blue face, and colored eyelashes, the crown of its head is pointy. These birds have long necks with very small heads. their nickname is "stinkbird."

5. Sri Lanka Frogmouth

Living in the Southwest of India and Sri Lanka, these birds are the creatures of the night. It lives in a dense tropical forest. The color of the feather depends on whether it is male or female. Females appear reddish with mild white spots spread all over the body. The men are gray and splatter solid white dots

These birds are just some strange birds in the wild. However, there is much more out there and if you are a bird watcher you may be able to point some on the way to work.
