This type of crayfish can reproduce without the need of a man. Because of this, mutant crayfish spread throughout Europe at an inevitable rate. This new crayfish, which has a 30-year history, consists only of females and multiplies with incredible speed.

Research has shown that the crayfish has a mutation in its genes and has been able to reproduce alone since the first female mutation occurred.

Mutant Crayfish also appeared in Madagascar, Japan, and the US fresh waters, spreading at an inescapable rate and threatening native species.

Crayfish, which can produce 200-300 eggs from it in just 2 months, started to take over the freshwater ecosystems.
