Nokia 5.1 Plus all set to go on sale in India at 12 noon today
Nokia recently unveiled the price of the Nokia 5.1 Plus and now the budget smartphone is all set to go on sale in India from 12 PM today. The device offers a pure and optimised stock Android experience. It is a part of the Android One programme, which further means that users will receive quick software updates.
The Android One smartphone features a 5.86-inch 2.5D HD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. At its core, the handset runs on an octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 chipset accompanied by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 400GB. The smartphone is kept alive by a 3060mAh battery. There is a vertically-aligned dual rear camera setup, including a 13MP f/2.0 camera with PDAF autofocus and a 5MP depth sensor. The rear setup is also assisted by an LED-flash module. For selfies, there is an 8MP f/2.2 shooter with 80.4-degree wide-angle lens. On the connectivity front, the handset has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device comes in two colour variants — Gloss Black and Gloss Midnight Blue. The Nokia 5.1 Plus will be available for purchase via Flipkart and Nokia online store with a price label of Rs 10,999.
