The right of self defense is a natural right of a free man.Only a slave need rely on the whims any man including
politicians.The freedom to defend life and property is both right and responsible.
Governments cannot legitimately legislate to give or take away rights.The U.S. constitution does
not give you rights.Rights are a natural part of life itself.To make law that contradicts a right is null and void.
The right to bear arms is as natural as using hands and feet to repel an attacker.A weapon or arms
are merely an extension of the body.The hands are most commonly used to used to wield any object that can be
used as a weapon.Going back to early man a weapon may be a rock or a tree branch.
Later came the spear,knife,sword,club Etc.Weapons have progressed over time.
It is the invention of the firearm (guns) that gave the most vulnerable among us the ability to stop
an attack.The gun made equals of the average person to the strongest and the fastest of those who would
initiate force upon the innocent individual.The gun is the ultimate tool for self defense.It is both
arrogant and cruel to disarm the individual that has not violated another individuals rights.
To outlaw the ultimate means of self defense is to cause the innocent to be victimized in greater
numbers by violent criminals.Self defense is a right not a privilege.
No entity including government can guarantee the safety of any person or individual.
Disarming law abiding people cannot stop criminals from obtaining or using any weapons
including anything from a baseball bat,crowbar,knife or yes a gun.In many cases only the hands are used
for an assault including rape and murder.By definition criminals do not obey laws.
The right not to be a victim is right.Self defense is a virtue of a free man.
