ANARCHY: How To Decentralize Government With The Blockchain!

Hello Steemians,

First, I must quickly point out that this is a grey idea that is still in its early days of being propagated. I may not have all the full understanding of it nor will I be able to give all the details in this treatise.

I have been curious about Anarcho-economy lately after reading a certain Anarchy champion's post on steemit here. Out of curiosity (which kills the cat btw), I had to do alot of research to find out what its really about.

I also needed to know whether there were advancements in crypto that could help self-govern the world just the way smart contracts do. You can bet that there are quite a handful of them.

ANARCHY & ANARCHISM

Anarchy is derived from the greek word ἄναρχος, "anarchos," meaning "one without rulers".
Anarchism on the other hand is a political philosophy that advocates self-governed societies based on voluntary institutions.

In summary, anarchists don't believe in the authority of the state. They seek to exist as self-governed. Some other schools of thought still accepts a communal life however, the heirachical system is to be replaced by equality. All animals are equal kinda stuff.

You can see its effects in organized labour where the employees want to reserve the rights to the means of production. That means that they determine what will be produced, why it will be produced, when it will be produced, how it will be produced etcz. Thats Utopia but thats one of the ideals of an anarchist.

Some extreme anarchists may even use what they call the propaganda of the deed to perpertrate planned execution of public office holders or people deem anti-anarchy.

There is even the concepts of individualistic/negative anarchy & social/positive anarchy all being different faces of the same coin- FREEDOM.

RUNNING FOR NOT PRESIDENT

The word "freedom" as used in the above sentence defines what anarchists seek. But the real question is; isn't that what we all seek?

"Freedom" is the title of the book by Adam Kokesh. He's on steemit btw as @adamkokesh so he's really someone to look out for. Hear him out;

"My name is Adam Kokesh and I’m running for Not-President of the United States with the Libertarian Party on the platform of the peaceful, responsible dissolution of the entire federal government. This is the revolution you’ve been waiting for."

Despite some opposition from some far-left-anarchists who think he's getting out of the ideals of anarchy by running for a public office, he has a huge fanbase of supporters.

I don't know or care whether what he's doing is right or wrong. What I care about however, is the advancement of FREEDOM. People should know all the ways that the current economic system is destroying what they believe in.

What we have now is a situation of systematic enslavement. Governments achieve this by making you work 9-5,5-9. You deposit your money in a bank. You pay taxes to them. Still you are nobody to them. They never listen to you because they don't really care about you.

Who will save us? BLOCKCHAIN?

SMART CONTRACTS TO GOVERN GOVERNMENT

After Bitcoin was launched in 2009 by the still anon Satoshi Nakamoto, the crypto-anarchy world went agog with new possibilities for digital currency. Well, not until the blockchain technology was utilized by Ethereum network to create something called the smart contracts did we begin to see its applications in many aspects.

Blockchain technology has been used to govern money, games, services, even the banking system, advancements in new technology, innovation, social media, even porn (vice). Not forgetting healthcare.

What about governing government itself? Is democracy still viable? I think that one thing is becoming progressively glaring as the world evolves - DEMOCRACY is really government of them people by them people & (recently) for them people.

Is it that the democracy we all know is not well-positioned to state our choices? Or was it positioned that way to favour certain persons? What's the role of smart contracts in governments. How do we use smart contracts to force government to deliver on their promises or get voted out in the next turn.

Can we have automated voting systems governed by blockchain? Is there a way to actually make everyone's voice equal? Is there someone out there even remotely thinking of these sorts of crap?

Yeah! There are alot actually already done on this. So many countries like Sweden, Venezuela are already embracing the blockchain technology for circumventing currency transactions. Dubai has already kickstarted a process to launch their government fully into the blockchain by 2020. US has already gathered conglomerates to talk about it while Uk is doing same too.

We know its the future. But we still want transparency and independence from organized old government as much as possible. We want a new crop of organizations to take over the world and let them be fully open and smart.

WHEN WILL BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY BECOME MAINSTREAM?

I think that should be our more pressing question. Will it happen? We know it will. Will the governments keep fighting it tooth & nail? Damn sure they will. Many like China, Japan are on the losing end of the battle for supremacy with their citizens.

They already know the future. SO Why do they fight it? Perhaps, Ego, Power-thirst, Pride & Prejudice, Money may be factors that we have to contend with. Perhaps we need more rogue billionaires to invest in the nascent crypto-currency economy. Perhaps, we only need time, which is the only true currency of all men!

IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING!
