No, I was going about a certain US legal idiocy here. There companies have certain people's rights.
If Americans didn't like to be taxed by the British in colonial times, they should have gone away.
That would have been one option. Still they decided to not to - and build their own government. Out of their free will.
There are certain conditions. You have 3 options:
- you can accept them
- you can try to change them
- or you can run away from them
Nobody is holding a gun to your head and saying you have only one option. There are at least three. That maybe all except one option are too unappealing to you is a different story.
