What are the benefits of a blockchain powered house?
In my opinion, using some of the more innovative coin options (swarm or polymath) will solve one of the major issues with current tiny house options (financing). Additionally, it will ease the change of ownership and other title claims

Would this be a new airbnb type service with haus homes payed for by haus tokens?
yes and no. While it will allow users to rent houses in a similar function to airbnb, its main function is the production of cost effective structures
