I really enjoyed your perspective this morning. I love the idea of individual responsibility. There are plenty of things that can be done for the greater good, but force isn't the answer. When I used to be a supervisor I learned a simple concept..... A supervisor leads with authority, and if you have to use your power, you are doing something wrong. Be well!
