Fighting Ignorance, one insult at a time- Ep. 1 'The Buggery Law'

To the unseasoned traveler, Trinidad & Tobago, is often seen through rose colored glasses. However, to those of you that have actually been here, I'm sure you are well aware that we Trinbagonians, as friendly as we can be, also live with a mental cancer called, IGNORANCE.
Some would argue 'well isn't it that way everywhere,' dare to read ahead and you tell me.

This will be an ongoing web series that chronicles my attempt to quash the blatant DOTISHNESS, (that's a Trini word meaning dumb AF) that is rampant here.
This series will continue so long as the bullshit remains, which could be a while...

Today's episode covers Trinidad & Tobago's 'Buggery Law', that is due to be discussed in Parliament tomorrow. This law minus all the fluff, makes it illegal to have anal sex, and homosexuality loosely by extension.

I was already aware of this, hence my initial post in the picture above.
Slightly annoyed, next comes this-
"Concerned Citizen's of Trinidad & Tobago,"
trying to rally support for a protest to KEEP, the Buggery Law.

Considering that our economy is in shambles, unemployment and crime are beyond frequent. We also happen to be within swimming distance of Venezuela and everyone knows how awesome things are there right now.

Yet THIS BULLSHIT is what they are discussing as CONCERNED CITIZENS.
Thankfully, I was not alone,
Outraged trinis, young, old, gay, straight, EVERYONE had something to say on the issue.
