Cognitive Dissonance Part IV

Cognitive dissonance is the state of having inconsistent thoughts, beliefs, or attitudes, especially as relating to behavioral decisions and attitude change.

Bernie Sanders is one giant, walking, anthropomorphised cognitive dissonance example.

He rails against the "excesses of capitalism", yet refuses to believe the mountain of evidence that free markets help the common person more than any program he supports.

He openly advocates socialism in the face of a scores of millions of deaths caused by it last century.

He decries the abundance of shoe and deodorant choices available, yet has three homes.

He advocates doubling the minimum wage despite it causing young minority unemployment.

He says he fights against Wall St., and supports a Wall St. candidate.

He claims breadlines are the sign of a functioning economy, even though that is clearly retarded.

His entire existence is predicated on the necessity that he fools you into accepting the same cognitive dissonance that he displays every time he opens his stupid fucking mouth. His ideology is the one that Stalin and Mao used to starve their subjects. It worked to death millions under Pol Pot. It killed millions during the Holocaust. It collapsed Venezuela to the point they started eating zoo animals. It sterilized Alan Turing. It imprisoned George Takei (who now supports the Democrats, a bonus cognitive dissonance example). It, socialism (or any other flavor of collectivism that you want to call it), has killed numerous times and it will kill again.

He spent time in the USSR and STILL believes in socialism. While Boris Yeltsin traveled to the US and marveled at the abundance of grocery stores to the point he lost faith in his ideology. A grocery store. The thing that is nearly 1 per 2 miles in any suburb. They were so bountiful with objects waiting for people to buy, that Yeltsin himself didn't have access to, that they made the most powerful socialist in the world at the time completely lose faith in socialism.

End the madness. Tell socialism, and Bernie Sanders for that matter, to go fuck themselves.
