HEAL NATURALLY | How I got out of pain PERMANENTLY and helping others do the same!

My page is for any individual seeking to get out of pain, improving their health, and feeling better on an everyday basis. As I am a PGA professional, golfers will find this extremely beneficial to improving their lifestyle!

Here are my injuries in college ALONE:

  • Fractured left wrist at 18 years old
  • Torn ACL in left knee at 19 years old
  • Broken right wrist at 20 years old
  • Torn hip labrum at 21 years old
  • Dislocated right knee at 22 years old

FOUR MAJOR INJURIES WHILE IN COLLEGE

The doctors had said regarding THREE of these injuries, in order to return to sports and everyday activities without pain and return to 100% competitive play, they 'WILL REQUIRE SURGERY'.
Pain persisted. Back pain and hip pain persisted for long periods between injuries, physical therapy sessions, and other training through my college years at Florida Gulf Coast University. I never received surgery. I knew the harmful effects of surgery down the road and wanted to find solutions to heal naturally.

NOW HERE ARE THE THINGS THAT HEALED MY BODY AND RETURNED ME TO BETTER FORM THAN BEFORE THE INJURIES

I used the Dr. Sebi diet as 60-70% of my diet and healing powers of the some of the most powerful antioxidants and compounds found on Earth used to fight disease, eliminate mucus, purify my blood and organs, and eliminate inflammation. When NASA searches for life on other planets and in other galaxies, they search for CARBON, HYDROGEN, and OXYGEN because THESE ARE THE ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS TO LIFE ON EARTH AND INSIDE THE HUMAN BODY. Dr. Sebi created a list of foods that contain the PERFECT BLEND of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen meant for consumption in the human body to increase the body's alkalinity, eliminate acidity, and prevent disease.

Using foundation training and prehabilitation, the physical requirement to get out of pain was accomplished. Foundation training is the understanding that the posterior chain (the back of your body), heels, calves, hamstrings, glutes, and back, is the true link to supporting the entire body. For every one workout for the front of your body, you should be doing four workouts for the back of your body. We must lengthen the front of the body in order to strengthen the back of the body. This is all about POSTURAL CORRECTION and SPINAL DECOMPRESSION. Foundation training and its essential and such unique moves alone can get anyone OF ANY AGE out of back/hip pain. Prehabilitation is injury prevention. Essentially, it is everything beyond rehab. Attention goes to every single portion of the body because it is all important. Foundation moves activate the entire body’s muscles, muscles that were never supporting you during daily tasks. It is probably not performed by most people simply because health is not valued until sickness comes. Same goes for an injury!

Using a full vegan diet, eliminating chemicals found in your everyday household products, eliminating GMOs and pesticides, and paying close attention to what we consume each day has reversed my pain and led me to a higher energy life closer to the divine in nature, in others, and inside of my own body. We will clearly never have any other place to live other than our own body. This includes the mind meaning we really do create our own reality, our own world. Understanding that your body is your temple plays a key role in making changes. Your food literally speaks to your DNA. It tells it what to do. I am free of pain and back to playing sports at a high level. I replaced by sunscreen, deodorant, hair and body wash, hand sanitizer, bug spray, and other everyday items with things I make at home.
