American 9/11 Survivor Dies in Nairobi Dusit Hotel Attack

Tech expert, Jason Spindler, a survivor of 9/11 terror attack is among those who were shot dead in Tuesday's attack that occurred in Nairobi, 14 Riverside Drive. According to Jason's mother, he was running a program that helps in changing the emerging markets in third world countries. The sad news was confirmed by his brother on Facebook:
"It is with heavy heart that I have to report that my brother, Jason Spindler passed away this morning during a terror attack in Nairobi Kenya. Jason was a survivor of 9/11 and a fighter. I am sure he gave them hell!!"
'The Last Lunch'
Spindler was the CEO (chief executive officer) and global managing director of I-DEV - International. He was having his lunch at the Dusit Hotel when the horrific incident that took his dear life occurred. The company's offices are located at the Riverside complex in Belgravia building on the sixth floor. The US state Department confirmed that they had lost an American citizen in the attack that was executed by A-Shabaab militia group.
