Baltimore city which was founded at 1729, is not facing down some real strategic and management concerns. Overall the city was considered to be on the rising edge of development but a drastic downfall took it below the line of poverty, growth issues, development stoppage and etc. Despite the facts of possessing world’s second largest sea port, this city needs to be treated by a vigilante in order to rescue the realm of Baltimore.

After the early years of the cities formation the government took some steps towards eminent domain or private sectors to step into the field of economy and play their key part. Till 30 years it was deemed under the slums of death considered to be less significant for cities faith. Legislature announced points in order to increase taxation on all properties.

Jobs could be created if investment plans or eminent domain had established. Roads would be linked with east/west Baltimore and outside the city. Today the roads are at their worst and no trade way is possible with the outside world.
Government must focus at their youth as for a nation it’s basic ingredient is youth and when authorities don’t provide them chance of living another day these horrible form of results will be seen each day. Where quarter of cities population is living far beyond the line of poverty what else an individual can do, nothing but hope.

All these concerns must be reopened under the name of law as U.S.A being the powerful country should not show such cold reactions for their countrymen. Once the issue resolves the city can get back their blessing of life and reason to live on. Else the critic pundits believe that a dark world is preparing within.
