AMD will release its first 7 nm products at CES 2019
Ryzen 3000 and Ryzen Threadripper
With initial plans for launch at the end of this year, AMD plans to release its first 7 nm central and GPU at the beginning of next year, learning the laptopcheck.
This will happen at CES 2019 and, if implemented, will help the company compete even more successfully with Intel. The second one can not go to a precise production process and in 2019 will produce products in a 10 nm process.
All indications are that AMD will release a wide range of 7 nm products. For mass and gaming segments, AMD is preparing the release of Ryzen 3000 processors and Ryzen Threadripper 3000-HEDT chips. The server sector will be boosted with EPYC "Rome" products.
