The name that keeps popping up is the world's richest man and CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, whose interest in Heard allegedly began when they were on the set of "Machete Kills". Heard played the female lead and Musk had a cameo appearance, allegedly they were immediately fond of each other, and became friends right away.

Apparently, Depp and Heard had already split up
Musk admitted that they dated but it happened after Heard had filed for divorce. The relationship happened when Musk was single and also recently divorced from Talulah Riley for the second time since they had divorced in 2012 the first time.

In court, there were some documents that allegedly Elon had a threesome with Heard and actress and model Cara Delevingne at Johnny Depp and Heard's residence in Los Angeles back in 2016 when Depp was filming a movie in Australia.
