Easy and Quick Weekend Recipe- Tri- Colored Indian Paper Dosa By @Punnu

This recipe is one of my most favorite recipe specially for weekend mornings. You don't wish to go for a long cooking hours on weekends. That's why i have brought you one quick recipe for your start.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of Packet MTR Dosa for 2 people(You will get the MTR Dosa packet at any Indian Store)
  2. 1 cup of curd or plain yogurt
  3. 1/2 medium Red Pepper or Bell Pepper or Capsicum
  4. 1/2 medium Yellow Pepper
  5. 1/2 medium Orange Pepper
  6. 1 cup of shreaded Mozerella Cheese {Optional}
  7. Pinch of Cumin Powder per serving
  8. Pinch of Red Chilli Powder per serving
  9. Pinch of Salt per serving
  10. Pinch of Chaat Masala {Optional} (spice that you will get from Indian Store)
  11. Few Parsley or Coriander Leaves

How to make it:
Add curd in 1 bowl of MTR Dosa and then add a little bit of water. Mix all ingredients well till all lumps are dissolved. Then pour one scoop full of this batter on Hot pan. Spread this in a very light handed circular motion to form a Dosa. Sprinkle mozerella cheese, spices and chopped peppers over it. Cover the pan for 3-4 minutes and then sprinkle some parsley or over it. Bamm.... You are ready with this amazing Tri- Colored Paper Dosa.

Suggestion: Serve it sauce or tomato ketchup.
