FRUIT TREES FROM YOUTUBE?
Today is a happy day for my people!
After starting a YouTube channel years ago, I finally got monetized. With the new qualifications for monetization including things like having over 1000 subscribers and a certain amount of watch time, this was only possible because of those who watch our videos. Although YouTube/Google may be the ones who actually pay us for our portion of the AdSense revenue, it is you the viewer that has allowed this to be possible.
Recently, we received our first payout, and we wanted to do something special. We wanted to invest it into something that would last on the homestead, and be able to remind us of our viewers for years to come. After kicking around some ideas, we chose to purchase a handful of fruit trees.
Hopefully these trees will be able to bless our family with a healthy and nutritious source of homegrown food in the years to come. Just like our channel has grown thanks to you, our trees now will as well. We are so grateful for the views, shares, likes, comments, subscriptions and support, and y'all mean a lot to us. It's amazing to think that just by watching one of our videos, you're actually able to help bless our family in tangible ways. Thanks so much.
Then, before we wrapped up this video, we opened an incredible package that came from Hoot & Nanny Homestead. This was amazing, and we were really impressed. Just wait until you see what was inside!

Congratulations! That is actually a big achievement, I have worked for years with a group and we never earned more than pennies from youtube....
Keep building - homesteading only gets better year over year - kind of like children when they are raised right ;p
