" We established last year on Nov 30."

What are the fee cost?

" We have comprehensive structure which can be found here."

Will there be a stop-loss option available?

" Yes, it’s on our development plan, pls stay tuned."

Is the fiat gateway still planned for q4?

" Yes, coming soon."

How does cryptofarm work and how do you decide the expected rates?

" CryptoFarm is a low risk value-added plan that provides users with a relatively stable asset growth solution. What do you think about the current volume at the exchange?

" We are on it, especially for the deep collaborated project, users can easily trade on OceanEx, we are adding more tokens- but for sure we need to assess the project first."

In today’s bear market, does Ocean EX have any plan to increase liquidity for the exchange.Experience for users is very important to attract users to use. So, does Ocean EX open stop-limit and trade margin features to give users more options?

" Yes, stop loss is on our plan, and margin features is under development too."

Is there a partnership with Binance? Or do you guys just listed BNB?

" Yes, we have listed BNB recently, we shall support the eco if there is mutual alignment."

Are you still busy with the regulations of Oceanex ? Or will this be a difficult procedure?

" Regulation is a long term topic, OceanEx will always catch up with the trend."

How are the plans shaping up for marketing and building a strong, core community which is essential for any new project in the crypto industry?

" Actually, I am super proud of OceanEx community, we have a team of very committed OPW (OceanEx Pilot Whale) who are voluntary helping us building community. Many exchanges are coming these days. But the main problem for the clients/users is that the fraud and hacking problems that has been the cases in previous years (also on the biggest exchange like binance).What are the main safety features that OceanEx has and How troy network is different from its peers?

" Security is always our priority. We have AI Powered Security which provides Bank-level SSL secure technology and advanced machine learning algorithms to actively detect attacks and safeguard your assets and transactions. Why should I use OceanEx to exchange my assets? What is different from OceanEx compared to other famous exchanges?

" Not now, but we will assess the model."

Currently, the major exchanges are fiercely competing with each other, so how does OceanEx position your brand?

" Crypto world never lack of exchanges, it is a crutial role. we are moving from a value enabler to providing more diverse and innovative financial products."

With the opening of Lending and Future trading platform of Binance, mainnet launching of Gate,etc,.. the race of crypto exchanges in improving their platform is a must for now. Does OceanEx feel pressure from this? If yes, will be there any plan soon?

" We believe each player in the crypto world feels pressure considering the fast growing industry. But we will definately hold on our faith and deliver the legit and professional platform to community. Future is on our plan and coming soon."

When will oceanex integrate Safe Haven solution?

" We currently dont have further update on it, we shall update community via our official channels if there is an update."

User experience is also a matter of concern, so do you focus on this issue? How will you do this?

" Running an exchange looks like running an e-commerce website, but it is more complicated than that. Like an iceberg, user experience is above water, but we have done a lot under the surface. Hope below graph can explain better:"

Is it too late for OceanEX to start building and developing in Vietnam, as there have been many large exchanges that have flourished in the Vietnamese community with promotions, events / meetup … in the past?

" OceanEx is a fast growing exchange, we established in 2018 Nov, when there are many outstanding exchanges already exist. We choose to still enter the industry because we see the potential of the blockchain development, more importantly, we hold the faith of building a professional exchange. Second, i think now timing is right on the corner for vietnam market. We hold our first meetup this year, received a lot of feedbacks and ppl are really looking forward join our community. we will continuously focus on provide local community with tailored services."

In how many languages do you offer support?

Many people think OceanEx is all about VET. Can you tell something more about this? And why VET?

" VeChain is one of our close partner, and the very first ecosystem we support. Due to the very deep collaboration and value commitment from both sides, we have tailored and provided many campaigns to VeChain community. That’s why VET trading volumn on OceanEx is higher than others. OceanEx is still growing, we will surpport more solid and promising projects and eco like VeChain in the future."

Are there plans to open an office in Europe? Or is there already one in Luxembourg?

" People work decentralized in this decentralized industry. Yes Europe has our largest user pool."

Between the goal of building an increasingly strong platform, improving user experience and the goal of attracting more satellites project into the OceanEx ecosystem. Which goal is OceanEx more focused at the moment?

" Good question, we need to focus on both sides. we are bridging together between good projects and individual investors. We’d love to communicate out the value of each project to community, so that promotes the development of blockchain industry."

Any news on the implementation of a stablecoin on your exchange?

" We are focusing on fiat trading currently, yes but no instant update on specific stablecoin listing now."
