There are a few companies available that are offering decentralized cloud storage solutions to businesses and end users. One of the main concerns with data storage these days is security, and decentralized file distribution and fragmentation seems to solve that problem. It is still TBD whether all of these available companies will be able to meet strict PCI and HIPAA regulations.

Been dual-mining SIA for over a month and it's like mining gold with a toothpick. Something is seriously wrong with their algorithm. Not giving up, though, as a fix should be on the cards

I established a core position in Sia a few months and it's been doing really well for me, even in this current bloodbath. I like the tech and can actually see a real world use case for it. So I'll hodl this one for a while.
