Cryptocurrency On The Rise?

Over the past week many popular Altcoins have been making some very impressive gains such as Ethereum, EOS and ICX growing around 10% and ADA, Siacoin and Stellar growing between 30-40%. But it seems that one of the biggest winners this week is XRP resting at around 100% gains over this past week.

Do you think this is a sign that the bulls are finally beginning to buy in, or do you think it is safe to hold out on investing for a little longer?
