For sure when projects are getting closer to do what they planned to do... For example Storjcoin which is getting more and more user-friendly to step by step getting closer to compete to the non-blockchain-based cloud storage platforms like one drive and google drive, Status Network Token launching there app to easily transfer money within chatwindows, Brave browser implementing BAT-tokens and getting contracts with advertisers, etc... I hope that lots of these ICO-projects turn money in to real improvements and blockchain solutions soon! This could be huge! Spread your investments wisely, always do your research, evaluate your investments from time to time and take some profits now and then! Good luck!
