Cobinhood. Potential Scam or The coin and market of our dreams?

I admit I am late to the party. I only heard about this coin a few days ago. It has recently exploded in value, and the idea of a fee-free market to trade it with bitcoin made me download their app to see what the hype was about.

This may not come as a surprise to some, but people are already calling the coin a scam, right after its large gains in the last couple days.

I am still looking into this myself and to be honest, cannot give any more educated information at this time. I just figured I would share the news and see if anyone else had any thoughts on this coin.
