Aloo Sandwich
Today I am going to write about Aloo Sandwich. A tasty breakfast for all age. Generally most of the people who like bread and aloo, then they also like a sandwich which is made up of bread and aloo. A sandwich is the best breakfast for kids, a sandwich also goes well in the lunch box for kids. These taste very good without any sauce also. But they are best served with green chutney.
Aloo Sandwich Recipe
Course : Breakfast, Snacks
prep time: 5 minutes
cook time: 20 minutes
total time: 25 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- Breads(According to the member)
- 2 or 3 tablespoon butter or ghee
- Potato about 2 cup cubed
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 3 pinches garam masala
- 1 teaspoon amchur
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- Salt as needed
- green chili chopped
HOW TO MAKE SANDWICH
- Wash and boil potatoes till they are cooked very well and can be mashed easily.
- Drain and peel the potatoes, and mash them well.
- Add all the ingredients in potatoes except ghee/butter.
- Mix them well.
- Spread butter on one side of bread and heat the griller(if you do not have griller then you can also make sandwiches on tava).
- Spread aloo mixture on the another side of bread.
- Cover with another bread slice. Grill untill done for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Now cut and serve aloo sandwich with sauce or green chutney.
