Yes... the trees will be replaced with other trees of a different type... so, eventually it will come to a better balance... it looks pretty bleak now, but hopefully in a few years, it will be a nicer blend. Old neighbourhoods built in the 20th century are really susceptible to this sort of lack of long term planning...
