İt is the most important alcoholic drink in Turkey. If you are drink alcohol in Turkey, you should drink rakı because its homealnd is Turkey and also it is appropriate for our taste. If you visit Turkey, you should try.
How should you drink rakı ?
You have to fill the half of glass if you want to enjoy from real rakı taste after that you should fill the other half of glass with water. You should have one more glass for water and also muskmelon and cheese goes well with rakı.
How is rakı made ?
raki is a distilled alcoholic beverage produced by distilling a second time with anise seed (pimpinella anisum) in conventional copper distillers of volume 5,000 liters or less, of smoke mixed with only water or agricultural alcohol of agricultural origin.
