Smile as cheap as it is, it is the most powerf ingredient or medicine that keeps the heart healthy.
Yes there are situations you found yourself and you find it difficult to smile but if we can try to put up a smile even if it means to fake it, it reduces the worries.
The more you smile and the happier you become and when you put up a smile often it reduce your pains. Your smile create good atmosphere for the people around you and it makes you feel accepted by those around you.
"Smile brings peace and harmony to the world".
So as you go out today start your day with
smile put a smile to someone's face and also
smile as much as you can and see your day
being brightened.
