Jar ETF and the Power of Indices for Altcoin Investing

I recently became aware of Jar ETF and I'm stoked to participate in every way possible as you should be too. If you know how much work and tracking is required to construct, maintain, and balance a small portfolio of privately held altcoins, you can imagine how rewarding it might be to have access to a crypto Exchange Traded Fund (ETF). Jar ETF's stated goal is,

"to be the S&P 500 of cryptocurrencies using the power of blockchain".

In their medium post , Jar ETF has clearly identified an opportunity in the blockchain space:

"At the moment there is no ETF available based on the Blockchain Technology, the market moves in cycles and trading on cryptocurrencies is very dangerous for beginners."

Bringing an instantaneous depth of diversification to cryptocurrency portfolios via Jar ETF, seems like a viable solution to a current market need. I'm excited to see Jar ETF become a household name in crypto and ETFs inevitably eat crypto markets they way they have eaten traditional markets. It looks like their first ETF will consist of 25 cryptocurrencies. The project is still young and they haven't released a ton of specifics on which cryptos will be included in the ETF itself. However, you can have a look at their one-pager to get a better sense of their vision:

According to this post , Jar ETF will be using two coins, JAR and JTF. 1 JAR coin will represent 0.0001% of the profit made by Jar ETF and 1 JTF coin will represent the value of the cryptos composing the ETF. They explain the details here:

1 JAR coin will represent 0.0001% of the profit Jar ETF makes,more are the people investing in the ETF and joining the Jar ETF community more the token value will be. During Pre-ICO and ICO 500.000 coins will be available for purchase. The token estimated price will be 10$ per token during Pre-ICO and ICO where will be available bonuses for investors. Unsold tokens will be burned.

1 JTF coin will represent the value of the cryptos composing the ETF. This coin will have a price reflecting the ETF trend and will be available for purchase once the definitive Jar ETF is available.
