Polymer is Ethereum’s Interoperability Hub, connecting Ethereum Layer 2’s using the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol. Polymer provides IBC as a feature to the Ethereum ecosystem enabling modular security and permissionless expansion of the IBC network.

They have raised $26.6M and have launched a testnet namely Polyverse Testnet on March 4. You can read more about it here.
