Click the Access button. You will be shown a dropdown menu.
Under Read / Write Contract, choose the bind method.
The bind method will bind one address of a target blockchain to your ERC20 address. To bind a NEO address, enter a value of 1 under projectId, and to bind a Qtum address, enter a value of 2.
