I can definitely relate to the issues it was quite a long time ago but I still remember how severe the consequence of your prescription being misread can be. I didn't leave the hospital for nearly 6 months. I will definitely have a look.

On a lighter side of things, I couldn't tell how many different ways my surname was spelled since I moved to United Kingdom. Another problem this could probably solve. hehehe ;)
