Need i say more? i wouldn't term what we have in somee healthcare centers across the nation as "instant" or "emergent." some countries are better off than the others.

And like dubem pointed out, so much has gone wrong with our sirens on the highway. Even when there isn't any need to, they turn it on anyways. first its the police, then empty ambulances heading nowhere in particular, etc. even our politicians aren't left out!
