The menace of breast cancer

I want to talk about this disease that has cost most of us loved ones and dear ones in my case my mum.
Brest cancer is one of the most common cancer cases, even though a lot of risk factors have been identified, such as gene, too excessive intake of alcohol, etc, a root cause of breast cancer is yet to be discovered. However they are some signs and symptoms that can help cure it if detected early enough.
Signs
• Swelling of parts of the breast,
• Change in shape and size of the breast,
• Pains around, and on the breast,
• Inverted nipples, etc.
Breast cancer does not always produce easily detectable symptoms. Some women may have it but will not know because it so small ant cant be felt easily, neither will it cause recognizable changes in the breast.
precaution/prevention of breast cancer.
• Breast cancer can be diagnosed through a physical self examination of the breast while standing before a mirror,
• Biopsy,
• Ultrasound.
Early check up and regular examination of the breasts are basic ways of reducing the risk of having breast cancer.
Furthermore, the risk of having breast cancer increases with age. Women from around age 13 and above are prone to the disease.
