Air-clinic writing contest: and i fainted
Our aunty who has been staying abroad came back for Christmas celebration and do not like the look of the bathroom, so she decided that a new tiles be put.
It was not long after the decision was reach to change the tiles, that she went to the market and bought a shining looking tiles, I knew the danger of such tiles in the bathroom especially as we were having a grandma in the house. So i tried to protest, using our grandma as excuse, but they opine that my suggestion was late since the tiles were already bought. The tiler did his work and it was a beautiful.
It was a beautiful Sunday morning, every body had taken their bath, I was the only one left, so I took my towel, went to the bathroom, strip my cloths, but unknowing to me that the last person that bath forgot to flush the bathroom properly, so, there some trace of soap on the floor.
I cannot remember what exactly happened, but I could recall my legs slippery on the left over soap on the floor.
Then there was total darkness, but could hear voices echoing from far away, the voices were drawing closer and closer, but I could see nothing, it was just like a dark room with the light switched off.
It was when I started feeling some pain in my neck and head that I began to see the ceiling fan turning, but dimly, because I was lying face up in our parlour with people surround me.
I was told I fainted, and it took me like 18 minutes before I recovered, but to me it was just like a minute of echoed voices in an empty dark space.
