My suggestion :

I think members should be mandated to use #Dhealth as a tag in other to facilitate the community reputation rise.

Adding to what @uyobong said, while asking for donations as part of building the community's SP, it should be in categories so that newbies, planktons and minnows who do not have much for now can also join. The asking price should not be too high such that only the whales and dolphins can benefit.
