I personally believe that emergency response time depends on two factors: Staff Training and Facility Improvement.

Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support really plays an important role in the emergency setting. Health care members should be competent enough to deliver quality emergency response through trainings and seminars. I believe the BLS of the American Heart Association just recently changed once more, which was shown to be an improvement to the 2015 AHA BLS guidelines. So it is important to keep health care providers updated on these new updates.

Secondarily, the facilities and equipment of the hospital needs to be good as well. Efficiency is an important factor in the emergency setting which is use materials need to be readily available, rooms are adequately spaced, resources are properly managed to ensure that response time is at its best
