Two tools to keep life's goals: Monitoring & Control

in #aim7 years ago

Management is a widely read topic. All we have read about management, they are very familiar with a Phrase. That is, "Monitoring and Control". So, those who have already read it already know. But, for those who have never read about the management, for their convenience, Monitoring and Controlling. Control in pure Bangla is the ultimate step of management.

At the first stage of management, when a target is set, then a standard value of that object is also determined and after completion of the work, at the last step, ie Monitoring and Controlling, how much work is done by comparing it with Karma It is estimated that the progress was made.

According to the philosopher Aristotle, the management is universal. So today we will look at how to use this step of management to keep the goals of our lives:

  1. Keep track of all the things needed to achieve the goal

One of our natural problems is that we are easily distracted. There is a small obstacle in the way of Laksharan, we have forgotten about the 'Big picture'. Remember, you have a book that prints your hobby.

You went to the publisher and the publisher was sitting in front of a huge bucket of money. If you are frustrated then you have withdrawn from your real goal.
Come on: Schrödinger cat: What is the function of a cat in quantum mechanics?

So to target, keep track of every step and all the issues related to it, and plan B should be done with all the steps. If you keep track of this way, you can find where you are stuck, find out the way to get out and measure how much you progress towards the end.
2 . Review the goals regularly

Review the rules by making rules. It may be possible to wake up early in the morning or go to bed at night. Write down everything you need to do for your goal and see how much you are going forward.

What to do, what to do, and what to do, what could have been done other than what was done. Thinking in this way, your mind will automatically start guiding you.

3 . Break the big goals into small targets

Think of an actor want to get to Oscar. Apparently achieving this goal is very difficult for an actor but if the target is divided into small steps, is it so difficult and?

There are many goals that can not be so easily divided into steps

For example, what could be the first step to get an Oscar? Working under an experienced director? Is it very difficult for an actor? In this way, dividing all the targets into small steps should be focused only one step at a time, that step should be reviewed and one step can not be started before the end of one step.
Come on: There are many things to learn from foreigners!

If any step takes a little harder, then that step will be divided into smaller sections. If the steps are better then the steps are numerical. For example, if the goal is to read a 1000-page book, 100 could be the first day's goal. This is easier said than done.

4 . Keep accounting with time

There are many goals that can not be so easily divided into steps. For example, learn French. In that case, learn how much time you spend to learn French, keep accounting, and look at the end of the day, how much you have learned in real time.

One step in monitoring and controlling is the revising standard, if the result is not expected, bring a change of standard, which will be useful now. If you feel that your allotted time is falling, then increase it as needed.

Did you know that we can not implement it even after setting a lot of beautiful goals? This is because we are so busy with the goal that we forget to make regular reviews.

After this, since then, as soon as we work hard for the target, with Monitoring and Control, we will give equal importance in reviewing our goals regularly.
