What AI programs have I personally benefited from, in terms of my quality of life?
Google web search --- incalculable value! But no more useful now than it was 15 years ago, so the incremental value of whatever changes have been made since is tiny. The question-answering facility has perhaps saved me a half-hour of time over the years it has existed, in terms of time saved getting answers without having to click on the page.
The YouTube recommender algorithm. Percentage-wise, it's pretty poor, but over the years, it's led me to so many wonderful things.
Machine translation programs. I don't actually use them often, but often enough, and quite a few times they've made the difference between doing or understanding something and not doing or understanding it.
2 and 3 have been much less valuable to me than Wikipedia.
I can't think of much else. No doubt speech recognition systems are useful for a lot of people, but I never use them. GPS is useful, but it's barely AI, and living in a metropolis, I rarely drive.
