The participants can then save money received as a vote and use it to buy better training equipment for themselves from time to time. The resource used to provide upvotes is only a cryptocurrency at stake on the blockchain Steem as Steempower. These resources can be updated and will be used to generate more money by choosing a video response that is well prepared to reward talented publishers.
