Introducing Andre Gray's Football Academy!
“To me, soccer is so much more than a ball and two goals; it connects people from all of the corners of the world.”
Soccer is one of the world's most popular games. It creates excitement among the public with over 265 million players around the world. It is commonly assumed that 90% of the soccer lovers play this game, however, a very big percentage of the players lack coaches to improve their skills. Andre Gray's Football Coaching Academy is here to give lessons as well as prize players for ongoing improvements in their soccer game, YAY! Amazing isn’t it? Let us explore the brass tacks of the Academy.
What is Andre Gray's Football Coaching Academy?
This academy was conceived by Andre Gray, a talented English footballer born on 26th June 1990, who plays as a striker for Premier League Club Watford. Andre started the academy with the dream of helping ardent players in developing countries to improve their soccer capabilities, and it is leveraging the steem blockchain to reward the players with cryptocurrency tokens (steem).
What does it take for players to be rewarded by the academy?
Receiving rewards from Andre Gray's Football Coaching Academy is like stealing candy from a baby. I have broken down the whole process into four steps, so we can get the point.
- Watch Andre's drills and skills videos.
Andre has uploaded a variety of drills and skills videos that can be watched from here. All of these videos are for passionate players to keep practicing from home, so they can bring their skills to perfection.
Record a video of you practising.
There is a saying that goes “no one has learnt cycling by just watching other people ride, however all it takes is practice." In the same way, you cannot learn to play soccer by just watching Andre's drills; you need to rehearse. It is best for you to get someone to film you as you practice.Upload your video to YouTube
This involves you creating an account with YouTube and it is also stunning for you to add a music track to your video.Publish your youtube video on the steem blockchain.
After securing the video link, you can log into the Academy portal with steem connect so you can publish your video on steemit. The video will be upvoted by the curators and after seven days your rewards will be in your wallet.
Conclusion
From my point of view, this project will help the African community a lot for the reason that Africa has poor infrastructure, i.e. decaying stadiums that are counterproductive, so I believe if the energy is shifted to improving individual skills, with such opportunities, we can have more footballers from Africa and it is for this reason I'm inviting @tesaganewton, @musamalijames, @olawalium, @jerryboy4luv and @akomoajong to this project

Hi, thanks for the mention. I'm a football lover and I do know Gray from his days at Burnley. This is a great initiative and though I'm not much into playing football, I might only promote this project by watching the drill videos as well write an article or more.
Once again, thank you and do have a great Sunday!
